Snap Raise, created by Snap! Mobile, helps schools do something every program needs: raise money. The idea was a good one. Let any school run its own fundraiser by selling custom gear with its own logo on it, and turn team pride into real dollars for the program. That part of the platform grew to more than 250 schools, inside a company that has since helped raise over a billion dollars.

What Schools Needed

Every team, band, and club is really its own little business, with its own colors, its own logo, and its own community of parents and supporters. But raising money the old way is slow and exhausting, and most programs do not have anyone to build them a website or design their gear. They needed a way to launch a polished, branded fundraiser without doing all of that heavy lifting themselves.

How It Worked

Every school got its own branded fundraising store, with its logo on the products and a simple way to sell to families and fans. A coach could start a fundraiser, pick the gear, and watch the money come in, with no tech person or designer required. All the complicated parts happened quietly in the background, so more of every dollar went straight to the program.

What It Made Possible

Schools raised real money, and they kept coming back. What began as a single merch fundraiser grew into something programs of every kind rely on, from athletics to fine arts to academic clubs, raising over a billion dollars across 150,000+ teams and millions of students, families, and donors. Programs that started with one fundraiser now run all of their fundraising this way.

Why It Matters

Snap Raise shows what is possible when you take something hard and make it easy for the people who need it most. Make it work beautifully for one school, then let it grow to thousands. That is how a good idea turns into something that helps an enormous number of people.
